Asparagus, green leaves & tomatoes with Raspberry Dressing

Ingredients

  • fresh asparagus spears, cooked and chilled (woody parts removed)

  • spinach Leaves

  • cherry tomatoes

  • rocket and mizuna                                                                                        
  •  Raspberry Dressing

Method

  1. Place the mixed leaves in a large salad bowl, add the tomatoes and asparagus.

  2. Drizzle over the Raspberry Dressing, toss lightly.

  3. Enjoy!
