Fig, prosciutto & goats cheese salad with Spiced Fig Balsamic Dressing & Dip
- Figs, stems removed and sliced
- Prosciutto, cut into strips
- Goat’s cheese, crumbled
- Spinach and rocket leaves
- Toasted walnuts
- Red onion sliced
- Arrange salad leaves on plate along with the figs, onion, walnuts and prosciutto.
Drizzle over the Spiced Fig Balsamic Dressing & Dip.
Crumble the goat’s cheese on top of the salad and serve.
