Warm potato salad with Wild Island Salad Dressing

Ingredients
- New potatoes, scrubbed
- Wild Island Salad Dressing
- Shallots, finely chopped
- Free range eggs
- Black olives
- Handful fresh chives, roughly chopped
Method
- Gently boil the potatoes in salted water until tender.
- Boil the eggs, peel and cut in half when cool.
- Drain and dress with Wild Island Salad Dressing.
- Add the eggs, shallots, chives and black olives then toss.
