Fig, prosciutto & goats cheese salad with Spiced Fig Balsamic Dressing & Dip


  • Figs, stems removed and sliced

  • Prosciutto, cut into strips

  • Goat’s cheese, crumbled

  • Spinach and rocket leaves

  • Toasted walnuts

  • Red onion sliced


  1. Arrange salad leaves on plate along with the figs, onion, walnuts and prosciutto.

  2. Drizzle over the Spiced Fig Balsamic Dressing & Dip.

  3. Crumble the goat’s cheese on top of the salad and serve.
