Pear, walnut & Isle of Wight Blue Cheese salad with Chilli Cherry Drizzle


  • Firm ripe pears, sliced lengthways

  • Mixed salad leaves

  • Isle of Wight blue cheese, crumbled

  • Chilli Cherry Drizzle


  1. Heat a griddle pan, cook the pears in batches for 1 min on each side. Set aside to cool.

  2. Toss the pears, leaves and cheese, place on plates and drizzle with the Chilli Cherry Drizzle!
