Warm potato salad with Wild Island Salad Dressing


  • New potatoes, scrubbed

  • Wild Island Salad Dressing

  • Shallots, finely chopped

  • Free range eggs

  • Black olives

  • Handful fresh chives, roughly chopped


  1. Gently boil the potatoes in salted water until tender.

  2. Boil the eggs, peel and cut in half when cool.

  3. Drain and dress with Wild Island Salad Dressing.

  4. Add the eggs, shallots, chives and black olives then toss.
